Xiao-Ying Chen

She is the teacher and Section Chief of Student Activities of Huatan Elementary School in Changhua County. A full-time music teacher and in charge of all school club operations, she is also in charge of the school orchestra and the Japanese Taiko Team. She studied music Paiwan heritage issues at the institute.
